Privacy Policy

Boujee (“we”, “us”) collects the personal and financial information you choose to enter — your profile details, incomes, expenses, assets, debts and goals — to provide the budgeting service. We handle it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)).

What we collect

Account details (name, email), the financial figures you enter, subscription billing status (via Stripe — we never see card numbers), and basic usage information needed to run the service.

How it's used

To run your dashboard and calculations, generate plain-English insights, process your subscription, and send service emails. We do not sell your data.

Storage & security

Data is stored with Supabase with row-level security so only your account can read your rows. Payments are processed by Stripe. AI insights are generated server-side; your financial facts are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate your insight.
